Buzz Cargo van racking and shelving units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality, 12mm Phenolic treated, black hexaboard finish plywood. This provides an attractive and resilient textured finish, giving the van racks a strong, stable, and durable build. The external facias are a hexagonal patterned textured Phenolic on one side and 120gm smooth Phenolic on the other.

This complete van racking system combines two rear and OS front toolbox shelving units and NS front side-load and side-access ack. All four racks have been designed for a tailored fit, maximising space and following the body contours of the VW ID. Buzz Cargo van.

With 10 angled-in, and 4 angled-out shelves, this four-rack, 14-shelf, full van racking system provides ample room to store toolboxes, such as Makita MakPac, Dewalt TSTAK/ToughSystem, Milwaukee Packout, and others, as well as tools, parts, samples, and other items, ensuring they stay organised and secure during transit.

Front NS: Side loading, with four angled-out shelves, this uniquely designed side-load shelving rack allows you to load, unload, and access items directly from the open side doors. Front OS: Four angled-in toolbox shelves. Rear NS & OS: The three angled-in shelves on each rear rack provide even more space and options to store extra toolboxes and other cargo, with quick and easy access through the rear doors.

Some of our van racking comes ready-notch to accommodate bungee cords, as shown in product imagery. (Bungees not included)

We do advise drilling 3mm pilot holes before beginning to screw the racking together to help prevent these smooth finish outside facias from cracking.

Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design

The Vanimal branded van racking kit you’ll receive will arrive flat-packed making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included and depending on the design, each rack should take you between 10 and 30 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push-fit design (mortise and tenon joints + optional wood glue, not provided). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm Phenolic Plyboard and a very rigid build, it is still lightweight, making it simple to lift into the back of your van for installation.

Our racking is specifically designed for each van. However, if ply-lined, you may need to trim the end panels slightly due to differences in ply lining from van to van. We've carefully provided accurate descriptions, and where possible, photos of the actual van racks. Racking FAQs for Left-Hand Drive Van Owners:

All our van racking is fully interchangeable so can be used on either the left- or right-hand side of the vehicle, meaning that it is perfect for LHD vans too.

Speedy Delivery

You will receive a tracking code for your order as soon as it has been dispatched from our Vanimal production facility.

The courier will need a signature when delivering your order so please ensure that someone is at the delivery destination. A safe place to leave the delivery can be assigned if arranged in advance.
