Vauxhall Vivaro A Hexaboard Phenolic Black Finish Van Racking Features

Vanimal van racking and storage shelving is designed and produced on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire; shipping throughout the UK and across Europe. Our Vauxhall Vivaro A front toolbox racking with four shelves are made from heavy-duty, high-quality, 12mm black Phenolic finish hexaboard plywood. This provides an attractive and resilient textured finish, giving the van racks a strong, stable and durable build. The external facias are a hexagonal patterned textured Phenolic on one side and 120gm smooth Phenolic on the other.

This rack has been designed for a tailored fit that follows the contours of the body of 2001-2014 Vauxhall Vivaro A LWB van, fitting snugly behind the bulkhead on the offside of the van. With a width of W1154mm it gives you the ability to add this unit as an extension of your existing offside rear shelving unit or as a stand-alone racking system.

With a four-tier shelving toolbox system, it gives ample room to store tool boxes, without worrying they'll be all over the van when you get to your job.

Taking on-board customer feedback, we have changed the manufacturing process of our Phenolic treated racking systems; we have now added the anti-slip hexaboard textured surface to the inside of each compartment to help improve grip and maximise the security of your goods. The outside will now feature a smooth and easy clean finish. We advise drilling 3mm pilot holes before beginning to screw the racking together to prevent these smooth finish outside facias cracking.

Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design

The Vanimal branded van racking kit you'll receive will arrive flat packed making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included and depending on design, each rack should take you between 10 and 30 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push fit design (mortise and tenon joints + optional wood glue, not provided). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm Phenolic Plyboard and a very ridged build, it is still lightweight, making it really simple to lift into the back of your Transit Custom for installation.
