Vanimal van racking and storage shelving is designed and produced on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire; shipping throughout the UK and across Europe. Our Ford Transit Courier van racking and shelving units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality, 12mm black Phenolic finish hexaboard plywood. This provides an attractive and resilient textured finish, giving the van racks a strong, stable, and durable build. The external facias are a hexagonal patterned textured Phenolic on one side and 120gm smooth Phenolic on the other.

These racks have been designed for a tailored fit that follows the contours of the body of the 2024- Ford Transit Courier van, fitting snugly over the wheel arch. Supplied as a pair the two racks can be joined together to create a continuous storage solution that fits the full length of the driver side perfectly. With the rear racking unit having 9 separate storage compartments and an angled 4-tier toolbox shelving unit at the driver front you have ample room to carry your tools, toolboxes, and equipment.

With two different multi-tier shelving systems, it gives ample room to store parts, loose items, and importantly, valuable toolboxes and their contents, without worrying they'll be all over the van when you get to your job.

All our van racking comes ready-notch to accommodate bungee cords, as shown in product imagery. (Bungees not included)

Taking on-board customer feedback, we have changed the manufacturing process of our Phenolic treated racking systems; we have now added the anti-slip hexaboard textured surface to the inside of each compartment to help improve grip and maximise the security of your goods. The outside will now feature a smooth and easy clean finish. We advise drilling 3mm pilot holes before beginning to screw the racking together to prevent these smooth finish outside facias cracking.

Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design

The Vanimal branded van racking kit you'll receive will arrive flat packed making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included and depending on design, each rack should take you between 10 and 30 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push fit design (mortise and tenon joints + optional wood glue, not provided). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm Phenolic Plyboard and a very ridged build, it is still lightweight, making it really simple to lift into the back of your Transit Custom for installation.

Racking FAQs for Left Hand Drive Van Owners:

All our van racking is fully interchangeable so can be used on either the left- or right-hand side of the vehicle, meaning that it is perfect for LHD vans too.
