Vanimal van racking and storage shelving is designed and produced on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire; shipping throughout the UK and across Europe. Our Renault Master van racking and shelving units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality, 12mm black Phenolic finish hexaboard plywood. This provides an attractive and resilient textured finish, giving the van racks a strong, stable, and durable build. The external facias are a hexagonal patterned textured Phenolic on one side and 120gm smooth Phenolic on the other.

These racks have been designed for a tailored fit that follows the body contours of the 2010- Renault Master LWB van, fitting snugly to the van sides and bulkhead.

With five racks, including multiple toolbox shelves and multi-compartments and our unique infill racking unit that makes great use of space that would otherwise be wasted, there is ample room to store tools, toolboxes, parts and loose items without worrying they'll be all over the van when you get to your job.

Taking on-board customer feedback, we have changed the manufacturing process of our Phenolic treated racking systems; we have now added the anti-slip hexaboard textured surface to the inside of each compartment to help improve grip and maximise the security of your goods. The outside will now feature a smooth and easy clean finish. We advise drilling 3mm pilot holes before beginning to screw the racking together to prevent these smooth finish outside facias cracking.

Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design

The Vanimal branded van racking kit you'll receive will arrive flat packed making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included and depending on design, each rack should take you between 10 and 30 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push fit design (mortise and tenon joints + optional wood glue, not provided). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm Phenolic Plyboard and a very ridged build, it is still lightweight, making it really simple to lift into the back of your van for installation.
