Vanimal van racking and storage shelving is designed and produced on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire; shipping throughout the UK and across Europe. Our Maxus Deliver 9 van racking and shelving units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality, 12mm black Phenolic finish hexaboard plywood. This provides an attractive and resilient textured finish, giving the van racks a strong, stable, and durable build. The external facias are a hexagonal patterned textured Phenolic on one side and 120gm smooth Phenolic on the other.

This unique L-shaped racking unit has been designed for a tailored fit that follows the body contours of the 2020- Maxus Deliver 9 LWB van, fitting snugly to the van side and bulkhead. Our Vanimal L-Racks are an innovative design, which integrates the bulkhead and front racking units together. It is one unit, which maximises storage space by fitting right into the front right corner of the van, making use of space that would otherwise be lost.

The RH L-Rack has a three shelving system per side with a total of twenty separate compartments. It maximises use of corner space and provides ample room to store tools, parts and loose items without worrying they'll be all over the van when you get to your job.

All our Maxus Deliver 9 van racking comes ready notched to accommodate bungee cords, as shown in product imagery. (Bungees not included)

Taking on-board customer feedback, we have changed the manufacturing process of our Phenolic treated racking systems; we have now added the anti-slip hexaboard textured surface to the inside of each compartment to help improve grip and maximise the security of your goods. The outside will now feature a smooth and easy clean finish. We advise drilling 3mm pilot holes before beginning to screw the racking together to prevent these smooth finish outside facias cracking.

Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design

The Vanimal branded van racking kit you'll receive will arrive flat packed making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included and depending on design, each rack should take you between 10 and 30 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push fit design (mortise and tenon joints + optional wood glue, not provided). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm Phenolic Plyboard and a very ridged build, it is still lightweight, making it really simple to lift into the back of your van for installation.
