Vanimal van racking and storage shelving is designed and produced on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire; shipping throughout the UK and all across Europe. Our Ford Transit Custom van racking and shelving units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality 12mm plyboard, which provides a strong, stable and durable build.

This rack has been designed for a tailored fit that follows the contours of the body of the 2023- Ford Transit Custom SWB and LWB van, fitting snugly behind the bulkhead. An optional top tray for storage and transport of longer items is also available.

This racking fits the new generation of Ford Transit Custom van introduced in late 2023 (73-plate) with a completely new shape and design. Please check the product images to ensure you have this new model and not the outgoing Custom, which was still available on the same plate.

Van Racking Kit Dimensions & Shelving Storage Details

• Front Toolbox Racking - Width 1125mm x Depth 350mm x Height 1190mm (7-Shelves)
• Includes Opening for Toolbox's & Toolboxes on Wheels such as the Milwaukee ‘Packout' system for example.

Bungee holes on the toolbox opening section. (Bungees not included)

Optional Extra: A top tray for longer items, such as storage of and transport of copper pipe, spirit levels, etc and other longer objects is available (see below).

Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design

The Vanimal branded van racking kit you'll receive will arrive flat packed making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included and depending on design, each rack should take you between 10 and 30 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push fit design (mortise and tenon joints + optional wood glue, not provided). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm plyboard and a very ridged build, it is still lightweight, making it really simple to lift into the back of your Transit Custom for installation.
