Our Ford Transit Custom racking and shelving units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality, 12mm black Phenolic finish hexaboard plywood. This provides an attractive and resilient textured finish, giving the van racks a strong, stable, and durable build. The external facias are a hexagonal patterned textured Phenolic on one side and 120gm smooth Phenolic on the other.

This top tray has been designed to fit on top of the rear racking units for the 2023- Ford Transit Custom LWB van. It creates extra storage, especially for longer items, without taking up more space. These top trays simply screw into the top of any compatible rack, listed below. Simple yet effective, they are very easy to assemble and install and increase your van's storage, utilising unused space, and are particularly useful for carrying longer items of cargo, such as pipe and spirit levels, etc. The top trays can be used individually or in conjunction with front and rear racking to create a full-length driver-side top tray storage solution for even longer items!

This top tray fits the new generation of Ford Transit Custom van introduced in late 2023 (73-plate) with a completely new shape and design. Please check the product images to ensure you have this new model and not the outgoing Custom, which was still available on the same plate.
