Our Ford Transit Custom van racking and shelving units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality 12mm plyboard, which provides a strong, stable and durable build.

This rack has been designed for a tailored fit that follows the contours of the body of the 2023- Ford Transit Custom van, either SWB or LWB, fitting snugly behind the bulkhead on the offside of the van. With a width of 1080mm it gives you the ability to add this unit as an extension of your existing offside rear shelving unit or as a stand-alone racking system with the sole purpose of carrying tool/storage boxes.

This racking fits the new generation of Ford Transit Custom van introduced in late 2023 (73 plate) with complete new shape and design. Please check the product images to ensure you have this new model and not the outgoing Custom, which was still available on the same plate.

With this 4-tier toolbox shelving unit there is ample room to store valuable toolboxes and their contents, without worrying they'll be all over the van when you get to your job.

All our van racking comes ready notched to accommodate bungee cords, as shown in product imagery. (Bungees not included)

Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design

The Vanimal branded van racking kit you'll receive will arrive flat packed making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included and depending on design, each rack should take you between 10 and 30 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push fit design (mortise and tenon joints + optional wood glue, not provided). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm plyboard and a very ridged build, it is still lightweight, making it really simple to lift into the back of your van for installation.

All our van racking is fully interchangeable so can be used on either the left- or right-hand side of the vehicle, meaning that it is perfect for LHD vans too.
