Vanimal van racking and storage shelving is designed and produced on-site in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire; shipping throughout the UK and all across Europe. Our Ford Transit Custom van racking and shelving units are made from heavy-duty, high-quality 12mm plyboard, which provides a strong, stable, and durable build.

This unique front plywood racking system is compatible with both the SWB/L1 and LWB/L2 2023- Ford Transit Custom van (new model). This bespoke rack integrates and includes 3 Predator aluminium storage toolboxes (dimensions below). The rack's shelves have a profile cut out so that the base of each box sits perfectly within it to prevent the boxes from sliding or moving during transit.

This racking fits the new generation of Ford Transit Custom van introduced in late 2023 (73 plate) with completely new shape and design. Please check the product images to ensure you have this new model and not the outgoing Custom, which was still available on the same plate.

Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design

The Vanimal branded van racking kit you'll receive will arrive flat-packed making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included and depending on design, each rack should take you between 10 and 30 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push-fit design (mortise and tenon joints + optional wood glue, not provided). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm plyboard and a very rigid build, it is still lightweight, making it simple to lift into the back of your Transit Custom for installation.

All our van racking is fully interchangeable so can be used on either the left- or right-hand side of the vehicle, meaning that it is perfect for LHD vans too.
