This unique driver-side racking unit has been designed for a tailored fit that follows the body contours of the L1 and L2 Transit Custom 2012-2023 van, fitting snugly to the van side. Our Ulti-Rack van racking integrates the front and rear racking units into what is, in effect, one long driver-side unit. This maximises storage space, and with its 15 compartments of various sizes, top trays, and under-bottom shelf storage, you have plenty of room to store everything you need.

This Ulti-Rack incorporates integrated back panelling, as such it is compatible with vans both with or without, ply lining. Full dimensions are available in the attached datasheet.

Taking onboard customer feedback, we have changed the manufacturing process of our Phenolic-treated racking systems; we have now added the anti-slip hexaboard textured surface to the inside of each compartment to help improve grip and maximise the security of your goods. The outside will now feature a smooth and easy clean finish. We advise drilling 3mm pilot holes before beginning to screw the racking together to prevent these smooth finish outside facias from cracking.

Easy-Assembly Push Fit Racking & Shelving Design

The Vanimal branded van racking kit you'll receive will arrive flat-packed making it more manageable to handle and deliver. Full assembly instructions are included and depending on design, each rack should take you between 10 and 30 minutes to put together with its easy-to-build push-fit design (mortise and tenon joints + optional wood glue, not provided). Although made of heavy-duty 12mm Phenolic Plyboard and a very rigid build, it is still lightweight, making it simple to lift into the back of your van for installation.
